Wondering how to regsiter? – You need to come into the gym in person, our office ours are listed to right –>
Wondering if there is space available in a class? —> We cannot hold space in a class from a phone call or email. If you call there may be room in a class but the class could fill before you get in to register. Please just come in to speak with a coach when interested in registering for a class.
Wondering where we are located? We are at the Lincoln Plaza on Lincoln St in Welland. We are the second door from the far right end of the plaza.
