Congratulations to Laura Smith who was called upon to compete at the Ontario Compulsory Level 3-5 Provincial Championships in Belleville, ON on June 10.

Laura competed this season in the Level 4 age 11 category, and following her 3 Provincial Qualifiers was ranked 83rd out of the 163 gymnasts in her category in Ontario. Gymnastics Ontario allowed the top 80 gymnasts to advance to the Championships, so Laura was in an alternate position should anyone be unable to attend. The week of Championships Laura was called upon to compete!

Laura competed well and gained valuable experience for next season, her full results can be seen below.

Laura finished 24th on Vault, 13th on Bars, 11th on Beam, 21st on Floor and 22nd All Around at her first Provincial Championships.
